Returns and Exchanges
We are confident that you will love your Shad Collection purchase, but if you decide your piece is not right for you, we will gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 7 days of the receipt of the delivered product, as indicated by the delivery notification.
All returns for store credit or exchange will require approval. Please contact info@shadcollection.com for a return authorization.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Returns must be in the original condition, undamaged, unaltered, and in the original packaging.
- All sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. If an item is exchanged, it is also considered FINAL SALE.
- If your customized piece is still in production, and you have not received it, we are happy to cancel your order with a 10% restocking fee and provide a store credit.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges and the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1.) Please contact info@shadcollection.com to receive a return authorization. Please include the following in the email: order number, name, and phone number. Once you have received a return authorization number in addition to a RETURN LABEL , you can take the next step in the return process.
2.) Please return the item in the original package to protect our jewelry. If the item is returned damaged, we will not be able to accept the return. Please include the return authorization email in the package.
3.) Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box and bring your packaged box to a UPS or FedEx, depending on the label provided.
The Shad Collection reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return for store credit that does not meet the above requirements.
