Shipping 

Most of our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. To make sure each piece is created to our standards, each item will have a different lead time. On average, it will take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. Once an item ships, it should arrive between 2-3 business days within the United States. 

We offer free shipping on orders over $ 500. Orders under $500 we charge a flat shipping fee of $25. All orders are insured with our shipping provider to provide protection for your package. 

All packages require a signature upon delivery. Customer is responsible for entering the delivery address correctly into our website. Customer is responsible for any bounced or undeliverable packages and its fees. 

In the event your package arrives with visible damages or is the wrong order, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue at customerservice@shadcollection.com

Payment and Sales Tax

We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal and Affirm. Payment is processed for the full amount, at the time order is placed, for ready to ship and customized orders regardless of lead times. 

Taxes are applied at check-out based on the shipping address.
